All services are delivered in accordance with the agreed scope at the time of engagement. This includes strategy, execution, optimization, and reporting as outlined. Any requests outside the defined scope, including additional channels or expanded deliverables, may require a revised agreement or additional fees. We reserve the right to determine whether a request falls within the original scope.
Our services are provided as structured engagements with defined timelines and allocated resources. Continuation beyond the agreed period requires renewal or a new agreement.
All fees must be paid in advance unless otherwise agreed in writing. Payments secure strategic planning, resource allocation, and execution capacity. Failure to complete payment may result in delayed or suspended service delivery.
All payments made are final and non-refundable. Due to the nature of our work, which involves immediate allocation of time, expertise, and strategic resources, refunds cannot be issued once an engagement has commenced. This applies regardless of performance outcomes, change in business priorities, or early termination by the client.
Advertising spend is not included in our service fees and must be funded separately by the client. We do not hold or manage client funds for advertising unless explicitly agreed in writing. Performance outcomes related to advertising may vary based on budget, competition, and platform conditions.
While we apply structured strategies and data-driven optimization, we do not guarantee specific results. Performance may vary based on market conditions, competition, product-market fit, and external factors beyond our control.
Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, timely access to required platforms, and prompt approvals. Delays or lack of cooperation may impact timelines and outcomes, and we are not responsible for performance affected by such delays.
We provide communication and reporting based on the engagement structure. The frequency and format of updates may vary depending on the scope and duration of the engagement.
All strategies, frameworks, and proprietary methods used or developed during the engagement remain our intellectual property. Clients are granted usage rights for deliverables within their business but may not replicate, resell, or distribute our methodologies without permission.
Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of all sensitive information shared during the engagement, including business data, strategies, and proprietary insights.
We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including loss of revenue or business opportunities, or for disruptions caused by third-party platforms. Any liability is limited to the amount paid for the current engagement period.
Either party may terminate the engagement with prior notice. Fees for work already initiated or completed remain payable and non-refundable.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any updates.
